Everything you can do with Kreskio
The home page shows the essentials. Here is the rest: what a report contains, how clients report, how your team works, what you can connect and how to make Kreskio your agency’s own.
6 features
The report
Everything you would normally have to ask about arrives with the feedback itself.
Screenshot with marks
Exactly what the client saw, with their box, arrow or numbered circle.
In their own words
One sentence from the client instead of a ten-field form. When they mark several spots, they describe them in points numbered like the circles.
The exact page URL
No more asking where it was or hunting through the menu.
Browser, system and window size
Detected automatically. Nobody needs to know what a user agent is.
Console and network
JavaScript errors and failed requests from the moment of the report.
Conversation in a thread
Internal comments for the team and replies the client can see.

Clients
Clients don’t create an account or install anything. They enter their name and email, and follow their reports from a link in the email.
Screenshot with drawing
Box, arrow, circles and text. Personal data gets blurred before anything is sent, and on a phone a tap on the spot is enough.
Page review
Clients click one element after another and add a sentence to each. At the end they send everything at once, and each remark reaches you as a separate task, pinned to its element.
Screen recording
Up to 5 minutes, with voice from the microphone. Console errors are timestamped, so you click an error and the video jumps to the moment it happened.
Fix verification
Move a report to “In review” and the client gets an email. They answer with one click: “It works” or “It still does not work”.
Client ideas
Suggestions arrive separately from bugs. Your team votes on them and turns the accepted ones into tasks – and into extra paid work.
Message for the client
When you hand over the website, copy a ready-made email from the project: where the button is and how to report feedback in three steps. For the curious, there is a PDF guide.
6 features
Your team
Feedback from clients and the team lands on one project board, and you decide who fixes what.
Report board
New, In progress, In review and Resolved columns. The bell in the app shows new reports right away, and a digest email arrives every half hour.
Assignee and due date
“My tasks” shows everyone what is overdue, due today and due this week. Only the team sees due dates.
Team roles
The owner and admins get emails about new reports and hand out the work. Labels such as Developer or Designer help you pick the right person.
Chrome extension
Designers, testers and copywriters report from any website, even without the snippet installed. The project is picked from the website address, and pins show open reports right on the elements.
Revision rounds
Clients send a whole round of feedback with one button and accept the fixed round, and you can download the acceptance record as a PDF. Feedback after the last round comes marked “out of rounds”. On the Agency plan.
History stays
Screenshots, comments and status changes in one place, even after the website is signed off.

Integrations
Kreskio works with the tools you already use.
For any website
WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, React, Next.js, Vue and plain HTML: the snippet goes in the same way everywhere.
AI assistants
Claude Code, Cursor and other assistants read reports over MCP. Without an integration, “Copy for AI” gives you a ready task to paste.
Webhooks
Forward every report to Make, Zapier, n8n, Slack or your own system.
2 features
Your brand
Your clients see your agency, not us.
Logo and colour
Your team’s logo and colour on the button, the form, the client portal and in emails.
A button that fits the client’s website
Place the “Report a bug” button in a corner or along the edge of the page, choose its size and whether it shows only an icon. You can also turn on the Alt+Shift+K keyboard shortcut.
Try it on your own website
The trial runs on the full Agency plan, no card required.
