Catch bugs with one stroke.
Your client marks a bug on the page. You get a complete report.
With a screenshot, the page address, the browser and console errors, on one board for the whole agency. Fixes can come in rounds, and the client accepts each one with a single click. No chasing for details, and no account for the client.
- Clients don’t need an account
- One line of code on the site
1/4The client reports on the page
- GDPR and a DPA
- Extension in the Chrome Web Store
- Doesn’t slow your site down
- No card, no subscription
No more emails titled “RE: RE: FINAL”
An email like this means half a day of follow-up questions: which page, which phone, what exactly. In Kreskio those answers arrive together with the remark. The numbers on the report match the descriptions next to it.
RE: RE: RE: website changes v3 FINAL
Hi, something looks broken on the home page on my phone.
It was fine at the office, but not at home.
Sending a photo I took with my phone.

- 1
Screenshot with marks
Exactly what the client saw, with their box, arrow or numbered circle.
- 2
Described in their own words
One sentence from the client instead of a ten-field form. When they mark several spots, they describe them in points numbered like the circles.
- 3
The exact page address
No need to ask where it was or to dig through the menu.
- 4
Browser, system and window
Detected automatically. Nobody needs to know what a user agent is.
- 5
Console and network
JavaScript errors and failed requests from the moment of the report.
- 6
A conversation in the thread
Internal comments for the team and replies the client can see.

The client reports on the page
They click “Report a bug”, mark the spot and add a sentence. No account, nothing to install.
The client chooses how to show it
- Screenshot – one remark, drawn on the page
- Page review – many quick remarks
- Screen recording – when the bug only shows in motion
On the Wyraźnie agency’s website, a button overlaps the headline. Click “Report this bug”, draw a box around it and send. This is the real Kreskio widget, the same one your client gets.

- Your report will show up here
You fix it, the client confirms
The report lands on your board. You assign a person and a due date, and after the fix the client gets an email and replies with one click.
inside the agency
Before the site reaches the client, it’s checked by the team
Designers, testers and copywriters go through the site on staging and report from the Chrome extension – on any website, without pasting any code. Reports reach the PM and the admin on the same board as the client’s remarks, with the author and technical details.
- The project is picked automatically from the site’s address
- Screenshot, page review and tab recording with the microphone
- Pins of open reports right on the page elements
AI assistants
From report to fix in the code
The assistant reads the client’s report with its screenshot and technical details and fixes the code in your repository. With your go-ahead, it replies to the client and moves the report to review. Kreskio itself never sends anything to AI.
- MCP integration with Claude Code, Cursor and other assistants
- Read-only key, or one allowed to comment and change statuses
- No integration? “Copy for AI” gives you a ready task to paste

revision rounds
Revision rounds that actually end
The contract says “3 revision rounds”, yet remarks trickle in one at a time for three weeks? Turn on rounds in the project. The client collects remarks on the site and sends them as a whole round with one button, and you get one notification and work on the full set.
- The client sees in the widget which round they’re collecting and how many remarks they’ve added
- They can send the next round only once you mark the previous one as fixed
- Remarks after the last round arrive marked “outside the rounds” – an easy start to a conversation about extra work
- The client accepts the fixed round in the portal, and you download an acceptance report as a PDF
On the Agency plan and during the trial.

from the founder
„I built Kreskio because I was fed up with bug reports in emails and photos of monitors. Today I use it every day on my own projects – every new feature goes through my board first.”
Questions we hear most often
Don’t see your question, or want a short online demo? Write to us: admin@kreskio.pl
Do my clients need to create an account?
No. Clients send their remarks right on the website, giving only their name and email. Only your team creates accounts.
Will my client manage to use it?
Yes. When you hand over the website, you send them a ready-made message from the project in Kreskio: where the button is and how to report a remark in three steps. For the curious, there’s a short guide to open in the browser or download as a PDF. The client doesn’t create an account or install anything. Guide for clients
Does the widget slow the website down?
No. The script weighs only a dozen or so kilobytes and loads after the page content. The screenshot editor, page review and recording are downloaded only after the button is clicked.
Which websites does Kreskio work on?
Anywhere you can add code to the template: WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, React, Next.js, Vue and static HTML.
How is the widget different from the Chrome extension?
You install the widget on a website, and your clients use it. The extension is for your team, to report bugs on any website, even one without Kreskio’s code. You install the extension with one click from the Chrome Web Store, in Chrome or Edge. It isn’t available for Firefox or Safari yet.
Can I send reports to Jira?
A Jira integration is in the works. Right now you can already pass every report to your own tools with a webhook, and you have all of them on the Kreskio board.
Is there a subscription?
No. You buy access for a fixed period, a month or a year, and nothing renews or gets charged automatically. When the period ends, you decide whether to continue – nothing is lost in the meantime.
What happens after the trial?
Nothing bad – there’s no subscription and no card, so nothing gets charged. Your account and all reports stay; you only stop receiving new ones: the “Report a bug” button disappears from your clients’ websites and the extension doesn’t send new reports. Whenever you like, you pick the Start or Agency plan for a month or a year, and everything is back right away. You can change plans at any time – the days you have left are converted to the new plan by their value.
What about GDPR and a data processing agreement?
We process the data the widget collects on your clients’ websites on your behalf. The data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is part of the Terms, so you enter into it when you create your account. The data is stored on servers in the European Union, and passwords and card numbers typed on the page are masked before the screenshot is taken. Terms, § 7
