Kreskio in English and Germanteam
One switch in Settings → Appearance changes the language to English or German: the app, emails, guides and help, and in your workspaces also the button on your websites, the client portal and the emails to your clients.
The button and extension speak Germanclient
The “Report a bug” button, page review and revision rounds switch to German when the workspace language is German. The extension speaks German in a German browser.
A PDF cheat sheet for your teamteam
Three pages with screenshots: how a report flows and what the designer, tester, PM and developer each do. Download it from the workspace dashboard or the team guide – and every new teammate gets the link in their invitation email.
Short videos in the team guideteam
Five silent clips, each under 20 seconds: a report from the extension, page review, working on the board, a revision round from sending to the acceptance record, and a fix with an AI assistant. Each one plays on its own when you reach that part of the guide.
Close without emailing the clientteam
A report closed without a fix, such as a duplicate, no longer sends the client a “resolved” email. In the portal the client sees that the team closed it and can still reply. Statuses also have their own colours, so “In review” no longer looks like “In progress”.
Round acceptance and a PDF recordclient
The client accepts a fixed round with one button in the portal, and you get notified. Every round has a PDF acceptance record: when it was sent and fixed, the remarks with screenshots, and who accepted it and when. Download it from the project page – your client gets it from the portal.
A reminder about an unsent roundclient
If a client collects remarks for a round and doesn’t send it within 3 days, they get a reminder email with a button back to the website. No more stalled projects because someone forgot to click “Send round”.
Confirmation of a sent roundclient
As soon as a round is sent, the client gets an email listing their remarks and explaining what happens next – instead of a generic report confirmation.
Revision roundsclient
Agree with your client how many revision rounds the project includes. The client collects remarks in the widget and sends them as one round with a single button – you get one notification instead of a dozen. When you fix the round, the client gets an email asking them to check it and can send the next one. Remarks after the last round are marked as “outside rounds”, and the client sees their rounds in the portal: which are fixed, which one is with you and how many are left. On the Agency plan.
A cleaner dashboardteam
Completed steps on the dashboard collapse into badges and the next step stands out. Number tiles open their pages, and every project shows how many reports are open. Installing the code now takes two steps: paste it and check that it works.
Easier on phones and tabletsteam
Status, priority and assignee now sit right below the report title instead of under the comments. The board filters fit in a single bar that works on a phone.
Ordering a plan, step by stepteam
In “Billing” you pick the period above the plans, each plan shows its price for that period, and next to the button you see exactly what you’re paying for.
See whether the code on your site worksteam
The project page shows when and on which page the button last loaded, and after you paste the code it waits for it to appear. If the code runs on a site that isn’t on the project’s list, it shows you the address to add.
Open the widget with your own buttonteam
Your site can open a report with a screenshot via the kreskio:open event – say, from a “Report a bug” link in the footer – and after every sent report it receives a kreskio:sent event with the report number. That’s how you can try the widget on the Kreskio home page without leaving it.
Page review: many remarks in one goclient
The client clicks one element after another, adds a sentence to each, and sends everything at once at the end. Every remark lands on the board as a separate report with a screenshot and a frame around the element. Works in the Chrome extension too.
A button tailored to your client’s siteteam
In the project you choose where the “Report a bug” button sits (a corner or an edge of the page), its size and whether it shows just an icon. You can also turn on the Alt+Shift+K keyboard shortcut.
A ready-made message for your clientteam
The project page has an email ready to copy that tells your client where the button is and how to report an issue in three steps. It writes itself from the project settings.
Highlighter, line widths and pinkclient
The screenshot editor now starts with the frame tool and has a semi-transparent highlighter, three line widths and a pink colour that stands out on dark backgrounds.
The extension is in the Chrome Web Storeextension
Your team installs the extension with one click from the Chrome Web Store, in Chrome or Edge, and new versions arrive automatically.
Report from a phone with one tapclient
On a phone the screenshot opens full screen, and the client marks the spot by tapping it with a finger.
A description for every numbered circleclient
Each circle on the screenshot has its own description field, with voice dictation too. Your team gets the remarks as a list with the same numbers.
The device on every reportteam
The report and the list show whether a remark came from a desktop, tablet or phone.
Extension version at a glanceextension
The extension shows its version and tells you when a newer one is available.
Claude Code and Cursor work on your reportsAI
Connect it with a key from the settings and your AI assistant reads reports, including the client’s screenshot, over MCP – and on the Agency plan it also comments on them and changes their status.
Client ideas, separate from bugsclient
The client chooses “Bug” or “Idea”. Ideas go to their own tab, your team votes on them and turns the approved ones into tasks.
Due dates and “My tasks”team
Give any report a due date, and “My tasks” shows what’s overdue, due today and due this week. The client never sees due dates.
The Agency planteam
Next to the Start plan there’s now the Agency plan with higher limits. The free trial runs on the Agency plan.
Colours and movable marksclient
Marks on the screenshot take the colour you pick and can be dragged around, and the “Move” tool lets you adjust their position without drawing new ones.
Search by number and linkteam
Find a report by its title, its number or a pasted link.
The client confirms the fixclient
When you move a report to “In review”, the client gets an email and answers with one click: “It works” or “It still does not work”.
“Copy for AI”AI
One button copies a report as a ready-made task for your AI assistant, with the page address and the console errors.
The next report right awayclient
After sending a remark, the client can report the next one straight away without reopening the button.
List, archive and bulk actionsteam
Next to the board there’s a list view and an archive of closed reports, and bulk actions change several reports at once.
In-app notificationsteam
The bell in the header shows new reports, and several reports sent within a short time arrive in a single email.
Kreskio as an appteam
Install Kreskio on your computer or phone like any other app.
A demo without an accountclient
On a sample agency website anyone can report a bug exactly the way a client would.
Your team’s logo and colourteam
The button, the form and the emails to your client carry your agency’s logo and colour.
Tab recording in the extensionextension
Your team records a browser tab with sound from the microphone, straight from the Chrome extension.
Guides to download as PDFteam
Download the client guide and the team guide as PDFs and attach them to an email.
The first version of Kreskioteam
A “Report a bug” button on the website, a screenshot you can draw on, screen recording, a board of reports with technical details, and a link where the client can follow their reports.
